SSGC held is its physical Khuli Kachehri (Rubaru) at its Head Office Auditorium on September 22, 2023 to listen to the customers’ gas-related complaints and ensure their swift resolution. Imran Maniar, MD, SSGC and representatives from concerned departments including Distribution, Billing and Sales heard the grievances for quickest possible redressal. Online and physical Kachehris or open forum are a regular feature in SSGC, convened to act as a complaint redressal mechanism on the directives of the PMDU Cell.
