Industrial Consumers Sale Prices and Minimum Charges Effective September 1, 2020, vide OGRA’s notification dated October 23, 2020

I. GENERAL INDUSTRIAL
All consumers engaged in the processing of industrial raw material into value added finished products irrespective of the volume of gas consumed but excluding such industries for which a separate rate has been prescribed.
All off-takes at a flat rate of Rs. 1,054.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 35,540.00 per month
II. EXPORT ORIENTED (GENERAL INDUSTRY):
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 819.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 27,616.00 per month
III. EXPORT ORIENTED (CAPTIVE):
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 852.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 28,729.00 per month
IV. CNG REGION-I:
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,371.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 46,229.00 per month
V. CNG REGION-II:
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,350.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 45,521.00 per month
VI. CEMENT:
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,277.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 45,588.90 per month
VII. ICE FACTORIES:
All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,283.00 per MMBTU
Minimum charges: Rs. 6,415.00 per month
VII. FERTILIZER COMPANIES:
Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited:
Sales Price: All off-takes at a flat rate of
(a) Rs. 302.00 per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock.
(b) Rs. 1,023.00 per MMBTU for gas used as fuel for generation of electricity, steam and for usage of housing colonies.
IX. POWER STATIONS (WAPDA and KESC’s Power Stations)
WAPDA’s and KESC’s Power Stations and other electricity utility companies.
All off-takes at a flat rate of Rs. 824.00 per MMBTU
Minimum Charges: Rs. 21,209.88 per month
X. INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCERS:
All off-takes at a flat rate ofRs. 824.00 per MMBTU
