There has been no let-up in SSGC’s efforts to rein in gas theft across the Company’s franchise areas of Sindh and Balochistan. SSGC’s Samungli Zone’s Zonal Manager received information from RM Quetta that illegal direct service connections were going to be installed by gas theft culprits in Hazara Town. The ZM and his team immediately reached and raided the said area with Security team and disconnected the illegal connections in the presence of SSGC Police and area police. FIR was summarily lodged against the culprits.
In yet another major operation, Zonal Manager Sariab Zone, Quetta and his team disconnected an illegal pipeline connected to SSGC’s 6” dia. Distribution Main near Zehri Town, Qamabarani Road Quetta. The pipeline was leading to a nearby housing society. FIR was registered in local Police Station against the owner of the society.
