Recovery of Theft Claim!
Honorable Judge of Gas Utility Court, Khairpur confirmed bail applications of accused Zohaib Ahmed and Waqar Ahmed after payment of partial Quantum of loss, Rs 1,000,000/- to SSGC and for the remaining amount accused have submitted 3 post-dated cheques of totaling Rs. 4,087,300/-.
Both accused spent about 3 months in Jail and were charged under FIR No. 30/2018 & 36/2017 in Khairpur for direct use of gas in Ice factory.
The Honorable judge in the order directed Prosecutor SSGCL to file proceeding of bail cancellation in case of default of payment from accused.
Mr. Muneer Ahmed Metlo, Prosecutor Sukkur, (Prosecution Wing) SS&CGTO argued the case on behalf of SSGC.
Aggressive prosecution will continue.
