Recovery of Theft Claim!
On 9th February 2021, before Honorable Gas Utility Court Hyderabad, the accused Umair Qureshi submitted part payment of Rs. 442,000/- out of 564,400/- as quantum of loss to SSGC in case of direct use of gas. The case was registered vide FIR no 30/2020.
Mr. Muhammad Asif Rajput prosecutor SS&CGTO Hyderabad, contested the case.
