Imports increased to 12.9BCF
Compared to the previous financial year, there has been an increase of 6.6BCF in the import of natural gas in the current year, raising the total imports during the current financial year from July to March to 12.9BCF MMBTU. The reason of increase in import of natural gas is its heavy usage in new power houses and in industrial activities.
