The team discovered that the inhabitants were using gas through underground clamps that were fixed on service pipes and extended by rubber pipes without any regulator. The team removed clamps and rubber pipes of about 100 meters and rectified the punctured spots. To encourage and motivate the team members, DGM (D-Balochistan) and Regional Manager (Quetta) personally visited the site where the gas was being used directly.
