The Hon. Justice of Sindh High Court dismissed the bail application of accused Hakim Ali Dildar of District South Karachi and sent him to jail.
FIR was lodged against the accused in 2016 when he was caught using gas illegally through direct connection to run a hotel in Clifton.
Accused was absconder for 3 years and was arrested by SSGC Police in March 2020.
