The Honourable Gas Utility Court, District Larkana, convicted two accused namely Jalal Ali and Samano Khan. The convicts have already paid Rs. 220,000 to SSGC as quantum of loss. The Court also imposed a fine of Rs. 50,000 and sentenced them till rising of court. FIR was registered at Police Station Waleed, Larkana for using gas for commercial purpose.
Law officer, SS & CGTO (Prosecution Wing) Larkana, contested the case.
