SSGC Organizes E-Kachehri for Complaint Redressal

SSGC convened yet another edition of e-kachehri or Ruburu on August 25, 2023 at its Head Office (for Karachi region) for the timely redressal of customers’ complaints. Imran Maniar, MD, SSGC and executives from concerned departments including distribution, billing and sales heard the customers complaints through live calls for quickest possible resolution.


Such online and in-person open forums are held across the Company’s franchise areas, in accordance with PMDU’s directives for complaint redressal.
