Human Resource plays a significant role in the success of any organization. Keeping the tradition of last three years alive, a batch of 75 young talented graduates joined SSGC as trainee engineers and management trainees in SSGC’s Emerging Leadership Program.

On May 26, 2017 an orientation session was held at SSGC’s Head office auditorium to welcome the ELP batch of 2017-19. The Company’s HR department organized a full fleshed orientation session in which Fasih Azhar, GM (HR) welcomed the new batch of trainees. He was followed by Saad Usmani, DGM (OD) who urged the fresh talent to perform at their maximum potential and asked some though provoking questions from the audience.

Shahbaz Islam, AGM (CCD) gave a comprehensive presentation on SSGC’s operations and structure. Furthermore, the trainees were shown SSGC’s Corporate video and LNG video. The graduates were also engaged in an interactive session by the AGM (CCD) in which he asked them about their goals and passion.

The program is aimed towards providing an opportunity to young engineering and business graduates and provide them with on-the-job training in order to bridge the academic and industry gap and providing them with the right skill sets so that they become the future leaders.

At the end of the session, Amin Rajput, AMD, SSGC welcomed the new trainees and expressed immense pleasure in enrolling the young talent in this organization that will provide them with great learning and grooming prospects.
