On 24-February-2021, Honorable Judge Sindh High Court Karachi, after heated arguments dismissed the Bail Application of Accused Ghulam Hussain and sent him to jail. He passed the direction to Honorable Gas Utility Court District Central, Karachi to conclude the trial within 3 months. The accused was booked in FIR NO: 46/20 at PS-SSGC; wherein he was generating electricity through illegal supply of gas from Distribution pipelines to run garments stitching setup.
Malik Sadaqat Khan ASC, Prosecutor SS&CGTO Prosecution Wing contested the arguments.
