In a milestone judgement, Hon’able Sindh High Court Karachi dismissed appeal of convict Qasim Ali and upheld his earlier conviction where he was convicted for direct gas use in his hotel and awarded 5 years imprisonment with Rs. 417,100\u00a0 fine by Gas Utility Court, District South, Karachi.<\/p>\n
