class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">Arena in Karachi<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">on<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">December 29, 2023. \u00a0A large number of SSGC\u2019s shareholders attended the AGM. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\" style=\"margin: 0in;margin-bottom: .0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 16.2pt\"><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">The AGM was convened to transact among other businesses, consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022, together with the Directors\u2019 and Auditors\u2019 Report. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\" style=\"margin: 0in;margin-bottom: .0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height: 16.2pt\"><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">Directors on the Board of SSGC, \u00a0Imran Maniar, MD, SSGC, and<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">Amin Rajput, DMD (F&amp;A)<\/span><\/span><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"bumpedfont15\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt;font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif\">and
