Gas Utility Court, Shikarpur \u00a0convicted accused Jahangir and sentenced him with prison term of 6 months and a fine of Rs.50,000.\u00a0 The accused found using directly \u00a0gas to generate electricity through heavy generator in Shikarpur city for supplying electricity to neighbors on payment.<\/p>\n
Gas Utility Court, District West Karachi convicted accused Saeed Akhtar after payment of quantum of loss of Rs. 807,200 to SSGC a and fine of Rs. 10,000. FIR was registered in SSGC Police Station for direct use of gas through service line for commercial purpose in Plastic Molding Factory in Orangi Town Area.<\/p>\n
Gas Utility Court, District Malir Karachi convicted accused Allah Bux. He has already paid Rs. 350,000 to SSGC as quantum of loss. He had been taken into custody and \u00a0sentenced till rising of court and fine of Rs. 5000 was also imposed which he paid.\u00a0 FIR was registered in SSGC Police Station for direct use \u00a0of gas to generate electricity through 5 KVA gen for commercial purpose.<\/p>\n
Gas Utility Court, District East convicted accused Muhammad Ramazan for direct gas use through service line for commercial purpose. He has already paid Rs. 68,900 to SSGC as quantum of loss. He had been taken into custody and \u00a0sentenced till rising of court and fine of Rs. 10,000 was also imposed which he paid.\u00a0 FIR was registered against him in SSGC Police Station.<\/p>\n
