SSGC Gas pipeline exist in front of my premises.
I fully understand that if the information given above as well as documents submitted is found contrary to the facts, SSGC will treat my application as invalid for any further consideration.
At present there is no dispute, litigation on above premises restraining Supply of Gas.

Cost of internal houseline, pipe fitting, and labor charges will be additional, borne by the customer.
Customer will fill this form and submit along with above requisite documents and submit it to the relevant CFC Centre (Sales Office).
Please bring a photocopy of this duly filled form for acknowledgement receipt.
For more than one connections separate forms will be required.
After submission of application, status of application will be updated through SMS on above given mobile no./or on SSGC Customer Connect App.
