Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Petroleum with at least 4 years of experience.
Candidates having experience in Oil and Gas/Public sector will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Looking after gas distribution operations/activities through integrated pipeline network in the region.
Ensure optimum gas supply to domestic, commercial and industrial consumers and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints related to gas supply/pressure, billing and Meter replacement.
Conduct site surveys to get updated information of connected gas load, Check Distribution Network integrity and plan maintenance related work to address complaints.
Monitor operations of Town Border Stations (TBS), Pressure Regulator Stations (PRS), and ensure timely maintenance.
Monitoring Daily Gas Purchase data of Distribution Zone on Remote Monitoring System and reconcile SMS purchase with Customer’s Sale data zone wise.
Ensure Distribution Zone UFG is within regulator acceptable criteria.
Ensure compliance of OGRA guidelines.
Ensure smooth gas flows and pressures in the distribution network and accurate measurement of gas.
Plan and supervise construction, rehabilitation and leak rectification activities of distribution Pipeline Network.
Prepare budgets for Operations and Capital expenditure of Distribution Zone.
Familiar with oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) utility software.
Monitor Team KPIs and ensure targets assigned by the Region, are achieved by meticulously monitoring and following the Team KPIs.
Conduct joint meter inspection at POD and Sales Meter Station.
Ensure that operations relating to pipeline installation and rehabilitation in the zone are executed in accordance with the stipulated HSE & QA procedures.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Departmental Head.
