Engineering Graduate preferably Civil with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure effective completion of civil, painting, carpentry and plumbing work at offices and staff residency
Providing support to civil work in the design, construction and management of a variety of projects and survey sites and arranging for soil and rock samples to be analyzed
Assist in preparing scopes, authorization for expenditures, cost estimates and proposals for all new & modifications of office & resident premises.
Assist in preparation of lay out based upon desired expansion and rehabilitation and preparing detailed building plans
List out the materials require according to work plan and calculate the amount and type of materials needed and capital needed and requisition of materials & components requires for its implementation
Manage & arrange subordinate staff for civil and related work.
Ensuring work is carried out according to deadlines
Develop suggestions to reducing a project’s impact on the environment
Comply with the risk management framework.
Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
Receive appropriate training in risk management.
Perform any other task assigned by senior management.
