Qualification & Experience:

MBA preferably in Marketing with at least 6 years of experience 

Responsibilities:
    1. Supervise the coordination with advertisement agencies for production of TV Commercials and design of media campaigns.
    2. Lead the process of advising stakeholders, ensuring that agency is clear on the requirements, monitoring campaign, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders and making suggestions to modify strategy.
    3. Lead the provisioning of marketing collateral to Events’ Manager for internal and external events with the primary objective of improving the company’s corporate image.
    4. These events range from holding internal events such as seminars featuring individuals from different walks of life to social media podcasts to international events with scope of tasks that includes event branding, event promotion, stage management, emcee services and social media recordings.
    5. Supervise the campaign activities across franchise areas or for promoting strategic objectives such as marketing projects and learning and development goals.
    6. Task involves coordination with vendors including ad agencies for designing and printing presses and fabricators for developing marketing collaterals for fabrication.
    7. Lead activities relating to liaison with user departments and external agencies to place routine company’s advertisements, review content, suggest changes in design and obtain necessary approvals.
    8. Oversee design and development of banners, posters, standees, greeting cards, invitation cards, collaterals, promotional material etc.
    9. , as per requirements / briefs of various departments and submit to competent authority for review with cost estimates.
    10. Review & finalize for approval draft tenders / RFP for new projects, oversee pre-qualification process for selecting printing presses and advertising agencies and other relevant vendors and make recommendation regarding selection of vendors.
    11. Ensure that vendors are briefed on quality assurance requirements and issues are addressed as and when required.
    12. Negotiate and finalize for approval opportunities for co-branding of events, collaboration and joint promotions that is beneficial for SSGC and are in line with its vision.
    13. Guide the team to contact other corporations for collaboration purposes.
    14. Prioritize clear campaign and communication objectives to Media Section to seek the best media plan which meets the communication objectives - the selection of media to be used for various campaigns, including radio, television, print, digital, social etc.
    15. to most efficiently and effectively achieve campaign objectives is the decision of head of Media. Media tracking will determine their success.
    16. Review vendor performance and advise A-DGM/Branding, Campaigns & Events so s(he) can decide to retain or remove partners from the preferred partners’ list.
    17. This analyses must be objective with pre-agreed metrics.
    18. Steward payment to partners through GCCD planning section.
    19. Ensure coordination with Printing partners for printing related matters, providing quantities and timelines for printing, budget etc.
    20. and forwarding document for printing.
    21. Guide team in sorting publications according to the finalized distribution list, and ensure distribution is carried out on a timely basis.
    22. Follow up to ensure receipt of publications.
    23. Ensure that the team manages / updates inventory (records) of SSGC Publications and ensure that there are sufficient number of copies printed for key stakeholders.
    24. Oversee translations of various documents in primary languages (Urdu, English, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashto and Brahvi) as and when required.
    25. Supervise team for the same, ensuring that necessary guidelines are followed.
    26. Update A-DGM/Branding, Campaigns & Events to ensure an effective campaign management cycle within SSGC.
    27. Review the feedback from the key stakeholders and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in the campaign management cycle within the organization.
    28. Supervise the campaign management team in a disciplined, efficient and effective manner, in order to ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities within the section.
    29. Any other tasks assigned by departmental management.
