JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
MBA with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:
Guide the customers who require reconnection of their gas services to submit a formal request to SSGC.
The request may be made through various channels, including customer service centers, online portals, or designated application forms.
Guide customers to clear any overdue payments before proceeding with the reconnection process and ensure that all outstanding dues, including any reconnection fees or penalties are settled.
Process the application for further site inspection of the premises to ensure that the gas connection complies with safety standards.
Any necessary repairs or modifications to meet safety requirements are identified and communicated to the customer.
Guide customers on requirements and SSGC procedure for service shifting from one place to another.
In this regard, communicate the customers about the financial implications and advise on issuing challan for payment of service shifting fee in compliance with SSGC tariffs and fee structure.
Upon receiving of dues clearance, process the applications for reconnection/service shifting and forward the cases to concerned sections for further processing.
The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
