JOB DETAILS:
The position will initially be a three years’ contract, renewable based on Company’s requirement and individual’s performance.
The candidate must fulfill the “Fit and Proper Criteria” as per the SOE Act.
The maximum age limit for above positions is 57 years for external candidates only.
For internal candidates, continuity of service shall be given as per Company’s policy.
Shortlisting and selection shall be merit based only.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 14 years of post qualification experience. Preferably ex-armed force officer (Brigadier or equivalent rank). Having corporate and administrative experience in Sindh and Balochistan will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the development and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures in all regions and zones of SSGC’s territory.
Supervise the patrolling of premises and property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect assets, equipment, and access points for maintaining foolproof security of SSGC assets in the entire franchise area.
Develop and implement policies to minimize gas theft by developing operational protocols for intelligence, prosecution, technical metering, and counter gas theft operations.
Supervise related actions in these domains based on intelligence and analysis reports and in coordination with the Security Department to seek security support during counter gas theft operations.
Supervise raids conducted by the team on industrial, domestic, commercial, and bulk consumers to check and control any theft or illegal use of gas.
Ensure that the support of the Technical Metering Section is available during counter gas theft operations to detect any unauthorized gas consumption or illegal connections.
Supervise inspections of specific areas on the basis of vigilance reports, evidence, and intelligence reports.
Supervise Joint Industrial Surveys and review findings on discrepancies between gas consumption and meter readings.
Ensure that such surveys are planned and regularly organized as part of an ongoing activity.
Ensure that legal and corrective measures are taken based on investigation reports, evidence, and witness statements related to gas theft or accident-related incidents.
Review reports on incidents and breaches and provide complete reports for review to senior management.
Recruit, train, and supervise CGTO and security officers and guards in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
Act as the focal person for matters pertaining to various government and law enforcement agencies.
Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with the assigned role.
Ensure compliance with the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Undertake any additional task assigned by the Senior Management.
