JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
Fresh Bachelors in Electronics / Computer Engineering Or
BSCS / BCS with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Administration of Remote Monitoring Application (Mazik) & VPN Server.
Administration of VPN devices, including user creation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting client connectivity issues, OTP problems.
Deploy and manage OS installations, updates, and firewall/security configurations on servers within the data center.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
Managing HA (High Availability), FT (Fault Tolerance) and Replication of Critical Server using VMware & Microsoft Technologies.
Experience in installation, configuration, administration of Windows Server operating systems, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards.
Strong experience with Remote Monitoring Applications like Mazik.
Expertise in virtualization technologies, especially Hyper-V machine configuration and troubleshooting.
Must have hands-on experience in Systems and Servers such as VPN, DNS, Antivirus, WSUS and Remote Monitoring Applications.
Performing server backups/recovery & mitigating security vulnerabilities on all servers.
Well-versed in IT compliance, security standards, and documentation practices.
Provide end-to-end IT support to remote offices, internal departments, and end users for both hardware and software issues.
Install and connect computer systems and network IT infrastructure.
Provide technological support to PC end users regarding computer hardware and software trouble resolutions, installations and re-installations etc.
Assist in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting problem areas.
Assist in server administration, maintaining server hardware and software in working condition, upgrading all servers continually and troubleshooting problems on a priority basis.
Monitor and fine tune appropriate OS parameters to ensure optimum level of performance.
Regularly perform system backup on the servers.
The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.

Undertake any other task assigned by the supervisor.
