Qualification & Experience:

DAE (Refrigeration & Air Condition/ Electrical / Electronic with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in repair and maintenance Split Air Conditioner Unit

OR

Secondary School Certificate with Trade certificate (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / Electrical / Electronics) from Technical Training Center (TTC) / Skilled Development Council (SDC) Affiliated Institute with minimum 05 years’ experience in repair and maintenance Split Air Conditioner Unit

OR

Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant field with minimum 05 years’ experience in repair and maintenance Split Air Conditioner Unit

Age:
Should not exceed 40 years
Responsibilities:
    • Expertise in installation of air conditioning units, refrigerators, and water dispensers.
    • Perform regular maintenance on existing AC systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot and repair faulty AC units and related equipment.
    • Respond to emergency complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the AC Supervisor and immediate in-charge to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during installations, repairs, and general operations.
    • Provide report to immediate in-charge with clear explanations of issues, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Diagnosing faults in inner, outer or compact unit.
      • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, may perform repairs and must know the entire parts of AC units, refrigerator and dispenser.
    • Should know Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies within the utility operations, promoting a culture of safety among the team.
    • Should know the equipment for servicing with efficient operation, gas refilling, soldering for repair condensing coil and other tools and equipment for repair & maintenance of units.
    • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
      • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
    • Work requires extensive travelling throughout the franchise area in Sindh and Balochistan.
    • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule (24/7 Availability), in field and in adverse environment.
