Qualification & Experience:

MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

    JOB SUMMARY

    The main mandate of this position is to compile all the case files (i.e., Service Contracts, Foreign Purchase, and Local Purchase) by ensuring that the Enquiry Status report, SSGC Advertisement, Memo Publication, Press Clipping (for Press Tenders only), etc. are attached and ensure all processes comply with PPRA rules & Regulations.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Maintain a checklist of Service Contracts (SC), Foreign Purchases (FP), Local Purchase (SC) files to ensure that all required documents are complete.
    2. This includes documents such as the Enquiry Status Report, PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) advertisement, SSGC (Sui Southern Gas Company) advertisement, memo publication, press clippings (for press tenders), and any other necessary paperwork. 
    3. Maintain regular communication with the User Department through email before the tender opening.
    4. This involves coordinating and obtaining any necessary information or clarifications regarding the tender. 
    5. Analyze data received from System Planning a Monitoring section distribute it to corresponding sections and ensure that the information reaches the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
    6. Ensure timely resolution of queries received from respective bidders and maintain transparency so that bidders make informed decisions while submitting their proposals.
    7. Comply with the risk management framework.
    8. Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
    9. Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded, and managed in a timely manner.
    10. Receive appropriate training in risk management.
    11. Undertake any other assignment as instructed by immediate supervisor.
