JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to spearhead the Sales Reconciling function in the billing control section, ensuring meticulous oversight of sales transactions, accuracy, and resolution of discrepancies. This position demands a seasoned professional with expertise in financial reconciliation, a strong grasp of sales processes, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of sales reconciliation within the billing control section, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a dedicated team in the sales reconciling section, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales records, collaborating with relevant teams to address underlying issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales reconciliation, implementing enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal and external audit teams, providing documentation and support during audit processes related to sales reconciliation.
- Implement robust measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, upholding high standards of data quality.
- Generate and analyze reports related to sales reconciliation, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate advanced technologies and tools that streamline and enhance sales reconciliation processes.
- Ensure that sales reconciliation practices align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
