Complaint Handling

 

1. Bidder(s) / Suppliers may lodge complaints in writing (by post or email) mentioning their contact details at the following address:

Every complaint received shall be acknowledged within 3 working days.

2. The complaint shall be reviewed by complaint handling committee, composition of which is as under:

2 Project Director Member
3 Senior General Manager (Distribution-North) Member
4 Senior General Manager (Distribution-South) Member
5 Chief Internal Auditor Member (Convener)

3. The complainant shall be invited to personally attend the proceedings on scheduled time and date. If the complainant do not choose to attend the meeting, the committee shall continue complaint review process. After review the committee will make a decision and intimate the complainant. The entire process under normal circumstances shall be completed within 30 days.
