Pay a fixed amount monthly on the basis of your last year's average consumption. |

Receive bills for 12 subsequent months based on your last year's average consumption. |
| 3. |
If actual consumption is in excess, the balance will be payable in the 13th month. In case the actual consumption is less than the billed, the balance amount will be credited to your account. |
