Salim Abbas Jilani   Salim Abbas Jilani
Chairman
A Masters in Public Administration from the J.F.K. School of Government, Harvard University, USA, Mr. Jilani joined the country's premier service, the Civil Service of Pakistan in 1957. He has the singular distinction of having held the most coveted jobs in Pakistan including that of Principal Secretary to Prime Minister, Chairman, Pakistan International Airlines, Chairman, Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman Fauji (Military) Foundation, Chairman Pakistan Steel, Chairman, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation, Chairman, Rice Export Corporation of Pakistan, Chairman, Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), Chief Secretary of the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan and Federal Minister for Defence and Defence Production, Government of Pakistan. His last assignment with the Federal Government was Secretary Defence, Government of Pakistan which he held for seven years. A Master in Political Science from the Punjab University, Lahore in first division, with Roll of Honors, Mr. Jilani retired from public service in November 1996 after a long and unblemished career. Because of his success in these key positions and his family background, Mr. Jilani is well known and widely respected by political, business, agricultural, military and bureaucratic leaders and cadres all over Pakistan. Mr. Jilani hails from Muzaffargarh district of Punjab.
 
 
Mr. Azim Iqbal Siddiqui   Mr. Azim Iqbal Siddiqui

Mr. Azim Iqbal Siddiqui joined SSGC in 1974 and since then has had a hugely prolific career in several management positions. After a stint in the Constructions Department, he was transferred to the Company's Materials Management Department where he worked in managerial capacity for ten years. In the Company's Human Resources Department where he spent eleven productive years, he eventually rose to the position of Deputy General Manager. Mr. Siddiqui took over as General Manager (Customer Services) in 2001 where he was promoted as Senior General Manager, Customer Services in 2006. As the head of Customer Services Department, Mr. Siddiqui incorporated state-of-the-art technologies into the Company's systems, and facilitated numerous training programs for the customer services personnel. In 2010, as part of the Company's organizational re-structuring plan, Mr. Siddiqui who was previously DMD (Customer and Financial Services), became the head of Business Unit South as DMD (South) responsible for the Company's operations in Karachi. In May 2011, Mr. Siddiqui became the Managing Director of SSGC, replacing Dr. Faizullah Abbasi.
 
 
Ahmed Baksh Lehri   Ahmed Baksh Lehri
Director
Mr. Ahmed Baksh Lehri hails from the district of Kalat and has a Masters in English in addition to holding a degree in Law. He joined the Government Service in year 1980 in the Secretariat Group and has received extensive training in and outside Pakistan. Mr. Lehri has served as Assistant Commissioner, Dalbandin, Assistant Commissioner, Chaman, Political Assistant, Chagi, DC, Kalat, Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development, Government of Balochistan, Director General, Hajj, Director General, Gwadar Development Authority and Federal Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Works. Mr. Lehri presently holds the office of Chief Secretary, Government of Balochistan.
 
 
Aurangzeb Ali Naqvi   Aurangzeb Ali Naqvi
Director
Mr. Aurangzeb Ali Naqvi is CEO, Oil and Gas Investments Limited (OGIL), an exploration and production company. He has over 29 years of experience in OGIL. Prior to joining OGIL, he served in national and multinational oil and gas companies in various engineering and managerial capacities. Mr. Naqvi served in the field of mechanical, drilling and production management. During his 32-year career, he worked for Malco Engineering, Shell, Baker Oil Tools, Union Texas Petroleum (now BP-Pakistan) and Pakistan Petroleum Limited. Mr. Naqvi has worked in both onshore and offshore sector of the oil and gas industry. He had worked in Sultanate of Oman, Tunisia, Indonesia and Pakistan. Mr. Naqvi holds a Masters Degree in Physics from Karachi University. During his illustrious career, he has attended numerous engineering courses conducted in Middle East, Far East and the USA.
 
 
Ayaz Dawood   Ayaz Dawood

Mr. Ayaz Dawood is Chief Executive, BRR Investments (Pvt) Ltd. (Managers of BRR Guardian Modaraba and Crescent Standard Modaraba). He was Founder/Director of Dawood Islamic Bank, Dawood Family Takaful, Dawood Equities Limited, and Dawood Capital Management, managers of First Dawood Mutual Fund, Dawood Money Market Fund and Dawood Islamaic Fund. He is currently Vice Chairman, Leasing Association of Pakistan and was Chairman Modaraba Association of Pakistan. He is a graduate in Economics from McGill University, Montreal and MBA in Finance and Money and Financial Markets with distinction from Colombia Business School, New York. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization.
 
 
Fazal-ur-Rehman Dittu   Fazal-ur-Rehman Dittu

Mr. Fazal-ur-Rehman Dittu is Chief Executive of Dittu and Sons, a fruit products company established in 1980. He is also an established garments manufacturer and exporter since 1965. Mr. Dittu is former President of the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and is also a founding member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Quetta. Mr. Dittu served as Vice Chairman of Standing Committee, FPCCI and G-77 Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
 
 
Mirza Mahmood Ahmad   Mirza Mahmood Ahmad

An established barrister, Mirza Mahmood Ahmad is a partner at Minto and Mirza, Advocates and Solicitors. He has diverse legal experience of representing a number of leading public and private enterprises including State Bank of Pakistan, American Express Bank and PICIC Bank (now NIB). Mr. Ahmad has several publications/consultancy and research projects to his name including 'Harmonizing the Code of Corporate Governance with other Laws/Regulations in Pakistan', a research study for SECP funded by the UNDP. Mr. Ahmad is also a Director on the Board of Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd., member, Lahore High Court Bar Association and Punjab Bar Council and is fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society. Mr. Ahmad is an LLM from University of Canterbury and LLB and BA from the University of Punjab. He was a senior associate at Azmat Saeed and Co. in 1991-92 and has also practiced at Nisar Law Associates from 1989 to 1991. Mr. Ahmad teaches Corporate Law in Quaid-e-Azam Law College and at Executive Development Centre in Lahore University of Management Sciences.
 
 
Mohammad Arif Hameed   Mohammad Arif Hameed

Mr. Mohammad Arif Hameed, Chief Executive and Managing Director, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is a mechanical engineer by profession registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Mr. Hameed joined SNGPL in 1978 and has held various key management positions in the Company. He is also a Masters in Administrative Sciences and a Law graduate from University of Punjab, Lahore. He has extensive experience in the fields of Billing, Sales, Logistics Support, Procurement and Legal. Mr. Hameed has also served as the head of Lahore Region.
 
 
Nessar Ahmed   Nessar Ahmed

Mr. Nessar Ahmed is an Investment and Development Banker by profession and graduated as an MBA from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi in 1973. He joined a leading development financial institution of the country and was head of various departments which included Internal Audit, Project Financing and Merchant Financing. In 1990, he joined a leading investment bank as its President and remained in that position until 2003 when the bank was merged with a commercial bank. Mr. Ahmed has also played a pioneering role in the introduction of a number of financial products.
 
 
Saeed Ullah Shah   Saeed Ullah Shah

Mr. Saeed Ullah Shah is Director General (Gas), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources (MP&NR), Government of Pakistan (GoP). A position holder in B.Sc (Hons) and M.Sc in Petroleum Geology, Mr. Shah has more than 26 years of work experience of Petroleum industry and with the GoP on different assignments. He joined MP&NR in 1984 as Assistant Director (Technical) and thereafter worked as Dy. Director (Gas), Dy. Director (LPG/CNG), Dy. Director (Special Assignment), Director (Technical) and Director General (Special Projects). He is also the recipient of Merit Award of OGDCL and Best Group Award of the year 1988 from Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute, Boston, USA. Mr. Shah has received foreign training and diploma in various disciplines including Oil and Gas Regulatory Framework, Natural Gas Technology and Management, Diploma in Petroleum Policy and Management and Project Analysis from various institutes in Canada, Norway and USA.
 
 
Shahid Aziz Siddiqui   Shahid Aziz Siddiqui

Mr. Shahid Aziz Siddiqui is presently Chairman State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. Mr Siddiqui holds a first Division Master Degree from the Karachi University and a Post Graduate Degree in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge U.K. Mr. Siddiqui topped the CSS examination of 1968. He has successfully completed all the parts of the Board Development Series conducted by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and is a Certified Board Director by PICG/IFC. He had formerly held the positions of Managing Director, Rice Export Corporation of Pakistan, Chairman, National Highway Authority, Director General, Ports and Shipping and Director General Hajj, Embassy of Pakistan, Jeddah. Mr. Siddiqui has also been the Commissioner, Karachi Division and Deputy Commissioner of the Districts of Thatta, Sanghar and Larkana. In addition he has held the position of Director Excise and Taxation, Sindh and many other assignments in the Federal and Provincial Governments.
 
 
Wazir Ali Khoja   Wazir Ali Khoja

Mr. Wazir Ali Khoja, Chairman/Managing Director, National Investment Trust Ltd. is a seasoned banker with more than thirty two years of professional experience of banking, finance, treasury and mutual fund industry. Having started his career from Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) in 1965, Mr. Khoja went on to become its Senior Executive Vice President in 1996. He was the head of HR Division besides being responsible for managing retail banking products and Sports Division. In the capacity of General Manager in MCB, he successfully turned around its branches in Sindh into profitable organizations. As Chief of Sports Division, MCB, Mr. Khoja contributed in identifying and grooming Pakistan's young talent to compete internationally in cricket, hockey and football. He also holds the position of Member, Governing Body of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Mr. Khoja has also been DMD, NIT in 1994-95. Presently he is member on the boards of a number of institutions including Bank Al Habib Ltd, Askari Bank Ltd, Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd, Packages Ltd, Pak Suzuki Motors Company Ltd., Pak Telecom Mobile Ltd. (unlisted), PSO, SNGPL and SSGC. Mr. Khoja is a commerce graduate from the University of Sindh.
