Qualification & Experience:

Masters in Commerce, Economics and Finance with minimum 14 years of experience of Oracle Financial (AR. AP. GL, FA) and Oracle Projects and Oracle E-Business Suites R12 (all modules).

Responsibilities:
    • Most of experience in functional environment includes oracle applications (ERP) health check, structural design, process alignment, process design, and process mapping, reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and conducting trainings.
    • Discovery, solution development, road map development, solution presentation, feasibility study, analysis, designing, development, testing and deployment. 
    • Candidate must have experience in Implementation of 1 full Lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects preferably in oil and gas sector.
    •   Understanding of business processes, its mapping with Oracle e-business is necessary. Candidate should be able to independently provide business solutions. Candidates should have evidenced effective business communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry best practices

    • Instrumental in leading the operations / projects to successfully deploy the solution.
    • Take ownership of a particular solution offering 
    • Crafting winning and deliverable solutions
    • Ensure that smooth business operations and solutions offer a winning value proposition.
    • Develop and execute a solution strategy and business plan that support growth.

    • Provides expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software solution.
    • Implementation of new modules, enhanced existing available functionalities and upgrade to new Oracle releases including with proper documentation.
    •  
    • Coordinate with end user department and other business users for day-to-day activities and ASAP amicable resolution of the issues.
    • Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
    •  
    • Coordination with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration team.
    • Coordinate with Report development team for customized reports.
