Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Electronics Engineering having 03 – 05 years of instrumentation experience. Candidates having good command on installation and commissioning of regulations setup, maintenance of regulators, control valves, safety valves, flow computer and transmitters.

Responsibilities:

To manage for up-keep maintenance of control instruments at SMSs, MVAs, Filter Separators, MPL Regulation set ups & Interconnection valves.
Scheduled Maintenance of Ball Valves, Plug Valves.
Servicing /overhauling of Control Valves and regulators.
Greasing & Servicing of Unicaps.
Oil level check and maintenance of Auto Actuated Valves.
Function Check of remote operatable Actuated Valves with SCADA.
Repair or replace defective valves, control valves, Pressure Controller and Gauges.
Calibration of Safety Valves, Pressure Gauges and Pressure Controller in Section -IV.
Timely replacement of Filter Elements to supply quality gas to customers.
Maintenance / Cleaning of Scrubbers.
Ensure Pig Receiver and launcher assemblies on standby position.
Installation and commissioning of new Main pipe line segments.
Configuration/Data Downloading of Flow Computer & Digital Pressure Recorder installed at various Station.
