JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
BCS or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience or MCS (or equivalent) / MBA with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Candidate having certification in CC&B shall be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Business process design & development and workflows in systems.
Should be able to suggest and validate solution options for the requirements and lead the solution design with business teams.
Strong knowledge of business areas within CC&B such as meter reads, billing, payment processing, collections and field service.
Extensive knowledge of CC&B Operational and BI Reporting/ Dashoarding.
Must have strong skills in ETL and Warehouse design with hands-on experience.
Hands on experience working with OBIEE and either Power BI or QlikView/Qliksense.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical/executive level audiences.
